Terms

Effective June 2026

How engagements work

Every project starts with a written scope: what we will deliver, what it costs, and when it will be done. Nothing is binding until both parties have agreed in writing. This website is informational only; it does not constitute a contract or a binding offer.

Payment

Fixed-fee projects are invoiced in two parts: 50% before we start, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. All fees are stated in USD.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel, we refund any portion of the deposit not yet earned.

What you own

On final payment, full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you: brand kits, templates, prompts, files, and any other work product. We retain no ongoing rights or licenses to your work.

We may reference the existence of an engagement as a general description of our services without disclosing your identity, unless you ask us not to.

Your creative assets

Any creative work you share with us (samples, references, existing brand files) remains your intellectual property at all times. We use it only to complete your project. We do not share it with other clients or use it in any other context.

We never use your work to train AI models. The AI tools we use are configured under terms that prohibit training on inputs.

Revisions

Each project scope specifies how many rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are available at our standard hourly rate. We will always tell you before any additional charges apply.

Results and liability

We stand behind the quality of what we deliver and will make it right if it falls short of the agreed scope. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for that project.

AI tools are third-party services with their own terms and limitations. We configure them; we do not control them. We are not responsible for changes to third-party tools after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties before any formal proceeding.
