Effective June 2026

The short version

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not retain your work beyond the scope of your project. For artists: your work is never used to train AI models, and it is never included as training data in any deliverable we produce for you or anyone else.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we receive your name and email address. If you become a client, we may receive visual assets, brand references, and context about your work. We collect only what we need to do good work for you.

This website uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts page visits without fingerprinting users or setting tracking cookies. We see aggregate numbers only.

How we use it

Contact information is used to reply to you and manage your project. Nothing else. We do not use your email for marketing unless you have explicitly asked for it.

Visual assets, brand files, and any creative work you share with us are used solely to complete your engagement. They are not shown to other clients, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.

AI tools and your work

We use AI tools to help produce your deliverables. When we do, we configure those tools with your specific context and do not share your work with other users of those platforms. We use AI tools under terms that prohibit using inputs for model training. Your work does not feed any model.

For artists especially: your style, samples, and references remain yours. We treat them with the same confidentiality as any proprietary creative asset.

Third-party tools

We use a scheduling tool for booking calls and standard email to communicate. These have their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising platforms, social tracking pixels, or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within seven days. Email hi@nrvana.com with the subject line "Privacy request."
